Prize Draw 2010
Every year The Community Association runs a prize draw to raise funds.
If
you live in the village or surrounding area and enjoy the benefits of
the Village Hall, the Play Park, the Christmas Lights, the Bonfire etc.
etc. etc. please support our fundraising effort by buying a ticket – or
two!!
Last year we sold over 560 tickets and this allowed us to donate over £1200 to community funds.
The first draw of the year is held at the Clark Shield Whist in April with over £500 in prize money – thereafter there is a monthly draw. As usual, the tickets are £5 and are available from Community Association Members and from Sarah Purdie, at the Chemist.
This year we would like to sell a record number of tickets – please don’t wait to be approached to buy one – seek out a seller!
